When we descended from the hillock into the valley, Ibn al-Zubayr performed ghusl and prayed two rak'ahs, and we performed ghusl with him and prayed two rak'ahs with him. Then he began the talbiyah: 'Labbayk, O Allah, labbayk. Labbayk, You have no partner, labbayk. Indeed, all praise and favor are Yours, and the dominion; You have no partner.' 'Abd Allah b. 'Urwah said: I heard Ibn al-Zubayr say: 'By Allah, this is the talbiyah of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and this is what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did: he entered ihram after the prayer.
