وَبِهِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشَاهِدَيْ عَدْلٍ
