✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out to the people of the Suffah when their voices had risen and they had burst into loud laughter. That angered him, and he said: "You were not created for laughter," and he rebuked them for that. Then Jibril ﷺ came to him from Allah, whose remembrance is exalted, and said: "Allah commands you to make things easy and not difficult, and to give good tidings and not drive people away." So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out to them, gave them good tidings, and interacted with them kindly, and opened up to them.
