حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْأَحْمَرِ النَّاقِدُ، قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبُخَارِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، قَالَ: نَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ:
نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ نَنْكِحَ الْمَرْأَةَ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا، أَوْ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا.
