حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْأَحْمَرِ النَّاقِدُ الْبَصْرِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ الْبَرَّاءُ، قَالَ: نَا الْمُثَنَّى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بَابَيْهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ الْجَارُودَ أَبَا الْمُنْذِرِ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّهُ:

سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الضَّوَالِّ، فَقَالَ: ضَالَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِ حَرَقُ النَّارِ.
