حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ:

خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقٌ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ: الْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
