حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ الْمَكِّيُّ قَالَ: نَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ بِجَادِ بْنِ مُوسَى بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، [ عَنْ أَبِيهِ ] قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَنْ أَخَذَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ طُوِّقَهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ، لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا، وَمَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ، أَوْ غَيْرِ مَوَالِيهِ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ

✧ Whoever takes a span of land without right will be made to wear it as a collar from seven earths; God will not accept from him any obligatory or supererogatory deed. And whoever claims descent from other than his father, or other than his patrons, has disbelieved.
