✧ When we were forbidden to initiate conversation with the Prophet ﷺ, we used to like that an intelligent bedouin man would come and ask the Prophet ﷺ while we were with him. While we were thus, a bedouin came and said: "O Muhammad, your messenger came to us and claimed that you claim that Allah sent you." He said: "He spoke the truth." He said: "Then by the One who raised the mountains, lifted the sky, and spread out the earth, did Allah send you?" The Prophet ﷺ said: "Yes." He said: "Your messenger claims that you claim that we owe five prayers in the day and night." The Prophet ﷺ said: "He spoke the truth." He said: "Then by the One who sent you, did Allah command you with this?" The Prophet ﷺ said: "Yes." He said: "Your messenger claims that you claim that we owe fasting for a month in the year." The Prophet ﷺ said: "He spoke the truth." He said: "Then by the One who sent you, did Allah command you with this?" The Prophet ﷺ said: "Yes." He said: "Your messenger claimed that you claim that we owe zakah on our wealth." The Prophet ﷺ said: "He spoke the truth." He said: "Then by the One who sent you, did Allah command you with this?" The Prophet ﷺ said: "Yes." He said: "Your messenger claims that you claim that we owe pilgrimage to the House for whoever is able to make a way to it." He said: "He spoke the truth." He said: "Then by the One who sent you, did Allah command you with this?" The Prophet ﷺ said: "Yes." He said: "By the One who sent you with the truth, I will not leave any of them, nor will I exceed them." The Prophet ﷺ said: "If the bedouin is truthful, he will enter Paradise."
