حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضِرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ قَالَ: نَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو قَالَ: نَا الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ صَدَقَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ
أَنَّهُ طَافَ مَعَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، فَجَعَلَ عُمَرُ يَسْتَلِمُ الْحَجَرَ الْأَسْوَدَ، وَجَعَلَ يَعْلَى يَسْتَلِمُ الْأَرْكَانَ كُلَّهَا، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: " حَجَجْتَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ ؟ " قَالَ: بَلَى. قَالَ: " فَرَأَيْتَهُ يَسْتَلِمُ الْأَرْكَانَ كُلَّهَا ؟ " قَالَ: لَا

✧ He performed tawaf with 'Umar b. al-Khattab. 'Umar began to touch the Black Stone, and Ya'la began to touch all the corners. 'Umar said: "Did you perform Hajj with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Did you see him touch all the corners?" He said: "No."
