✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was brought a bowl containing milk and honey. He said: "Two drinks in one? And two condiments in one bowl? I have no need of it. Indeed, I do not claim that it is forbidden, but I dislike that Allah should ask me about the excesses of this world on the Day of Resurrection. I humble myself before Allah. Whoever humbles himself before Allah, Allah raises him. Whoever is arrogant, Allah lowers him. Whoever is moderate, Allah enriches him. Whoever increases the remembrance of death, Allah loves him."
