حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْعُتْبِيُّ قَالَ: نَا عَمْرُو بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ قَالَ: نَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ السَّمَّانِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ

أَنَّهُ أَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ، وَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَخْطُبُ فَقَعَدَ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لِأَبِي ذَرٍّ: هَلْ رَكَعْتَ ؟ " قَالَ: لَا. قَالَ: " قُمْ، فَارْكَعْ، فَقَامَ فَرَكَعَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: " هَلْ تَعَوَّذْتَ فِيهِمَا مِنْ شَرِّ شَيَاطِينِ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنْسِ ؟ "، قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَنْ أَوَّلُ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ ؟ قَالَ: " آدَمُ "، قُلْتُ: نَبِيٌّ كَانَ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ، مُكَلَّمٌ ". قُلْتُ: ثُمَّ مَنْ ؟ قَالَ: " نُوحٌ، وَبَيْنَهُمَا عَشَرَةُ آبَاءٍ "، قُلْتُ: ثُمَّ مَنْ ؟ قَالَ: " إِبْرَاهِيمُ، وَبَيْنَهُمَا عَشَرَةُ آبَاءٍ "، قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ

✧ He came to the Messenger of God ﷺ while the Messenger of God ﷺ was giving a sermon and sat down. The Prophet ﷺ said to Abu Dharr: 'Have you prayed?' He said: No. He said: 'Stand and pray two rak'as.' So he stood and prayed two rak'as. Then the Prophet ﷺ said to him: 'Did you seek refuge in them from the evil of the devils of jinn and humans?' I said: O Messenger of God, who was the first of the prophets? He said: 'Adam.' I said: Was he a prophet? He said: 'Yes, one spoken to.' I said: Then who? He said: 'Noah, and between them were ten forefathers.' I said: Then who? He said: 'Abraham, and between them were ten forefathers.' I said: O Messenger of God...
