حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بُنْدَارٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ، قَالَ نَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: نَا عِمْرَانُ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:

ذَكَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْحَيَّةَ، فَقَالَ: خُلِقَتْ هِيَ وَالْإِنْسَانُ سَوَاءً، فَإِنْ رَأَتْهُ أَفْزَعَتْهُ، وَإِنْ لَدَغَتْهُ أَوْجَعَتْهُ، فَاقْتُلُوهَا حَيْثُ وَجَدْتُمُوهَا

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned the snake and said: It and the human were created equal. If it sees him, it frightens him, and if it bites him, it causes him pain, so kill it wherever you find it.
