machine translationMost of what Salmā b. ʿAbdillāh narrates from those he narrates from is not corroborated, although trustworthy (thiqah) people have narrated from him, and most of what he narrates has been shared by others in it, and what he narrates is tolerable; yet among his hadiths are some that are not tolerable and are not corroborated.
