✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ let his forelock hang down as the People of the Book do, then later he parted it as the Arabs do. Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was uncertain about a matter practiced by the polytheists and the People of the Book - as long as no revelation had come concerning it - he would act according to the practice of the People of the Book.
