✧ I came to the Messenger of God ﷺ while he was at the standing place at Jamʿ, and I said: O Messenger of God, I have come from the mountain of Ṭayyiʾ, and I have exhausted myself and worn out my mount. By God, I have not left any hill but I stood upon it. So is there any ḥajj for me, O Messenger of God? The Messenger of God ﷺ said: Whoever prays this prayer with us, and has come to ʿArafah, by night or by day, has completed his rites and his ḥajj is complete.
