حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ قَالَ: نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ السَّامِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا حِبَّانُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ أَبُو رَوْحٍ الْكِلَابِيُّ قَالَ: نَا بُرَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ السَّلُولِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ، وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: " اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ "، فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ، وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ، حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ قَالَ: " وَلِلْمُقَصِّرِينَ

✧ "O God, forgive those who shave their heads." A man from the people said: "O Prophet of God, and those who shorten?" The Prophet ﷺ said: "O God, forgive those who shave their heads." The man said: "O Prophet of God, and those who shorten?" Until on the fourth time he said: "And those who shorten."
