حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ رِشْدِينَ قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ قَالَ: نَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عُقَيْلِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ نَافِعًا، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَا كَانَ مِنْ مِيرَاثٍ قُسِمَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، فَهُوَ عَلَى قِسْمَتِهِ، وَمَا كَانَ مِنْ مِيرَاثٍ أَدْرَكَهُ الْإِسْلَامُ، فَهُوَ عَلَى قَسْمِ الْإِسْلَامِ
