✧ Quraysh gathered in Dar al-Nadwah and mentioned the Prophet ﷺ. Some of them said: He is a sorcerer. They said: He is not a sorcerer. Some said: He is a soothsayer. They said: He is not a soothsayer. Some said: He is possessed. They said: He is not possessed. They said: He separates a man from his beloved. The polytheists departed upon that. That reached the Prophet ﷺ, and he wrapped himself in his garments and was covered. Then Allah, Mighty and Majestic, revealed: O you wrapped in garments, O you covered one.
