✧ A gift of grapes from al-Ta'if was given to the Messenger of God ﷺ. He gave me a bunch and said, 'Take it to your mother,' but I ate it on the way. He said, 'What happened to the bunch?' I said, 'I ate it.' So he named me Ghudar. He said: Al-Nu'man used to say on his pulpit, 'Indeed, the calamity, the whole calamity, is that you do evil deeds in evil oaths.'
