حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ، قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَنَانٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ قَالَ: نَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ ذِي حِمَايَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ. عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

الشُّفْعَةُ لِلشَّرِيكِ وَالْجَارِ حَتَّى يَتْرُكَاهَا
