حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ خَالِدِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ قَالَ: نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ قَالَ: نَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَيْرِيزٍ. عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ

نَهَى عَنْ صَلَاتَيْنِ: صَلَاةٍ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ، وَبَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ، وَعَنْ صِيَامِ يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ، وَيَوْمِ الْأَضْحَى، وَقَالَ: لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا، وَلَا عَلَى خَالَتِهَا، وَعَنِ اشْتِمَالِ الصَّمَّاءِ، وَأَنْ يَحْتَبِيَ الرَّجُلُ فِي الثَّوْبِ لَيْسَ عَلَى فَرْجِهِ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ، وَأَنْ تُسَافِرَ الْمَرْأَةُ بُعْدَ يَوْمَيْنِ إِلَّا وَمَعَهَا زَوْجٌ، أَوْ ذُو مَحْرَمٍ "، وَأَنْ يَرْحَلَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَّا إِلَى ثَلَاثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ: مَسْجِدِي، وَالْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ، وَالْمَسْجِدِ الْأَقْصَى

✧ He forbade two prayers: prayer after ʿaṣr until the sun sets, and after ṣubḥ until the sun rises; and fasting on the day of fiṭr and the day of aḍḥā. He said: “A woman is not married in addition to her paternal aunt, nor in addition to her maternal aunt.” And he forbade wrapping oneself in al-ṣammāʾ, and that a man sit wrapped in a garment with nothing over his private parts, and that a woman travel beyond two days except with her husband or a maḥram, and that a man set out except to three mosques: my mosque, the Sacred Mosque, and the Aqṣā Mosque.
