وَعَنْ زَيْدٍ عَنْ جَبَلَةَ بْنِ سُحَيْمٍ. عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنْ أَكَلَ مَعَ قَوْمٍ فَلَا يَقْرِنْ، فَإِنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَفْعَلَ فَلْيَسْتَأْمِرْ، فَإِنْ أَذِنُوا لَهُ فَلْيَفْعَلْ

Translation

✧ Whoever eats with people should not take two dates at once. If he wants to do so, let him seek their permission; if they allow him, then let him do it.
