حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ، قَالَ: نَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: نَا خَطَّابُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْجَزَرِيِّ. عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ قَالَ: أَتَيْتُ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتَ شَيْبَةَ فَسَأَلْتُهَا:
أَتَزَوَّجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ؟ فَقَالَتْ: لَا، إِنَّمَا تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُمَا حَلَالَانِ
