"إِنَّ الدِّينَ يُسْرٌ، وَلَن يُشَادَّ الدِّينَ أحَدٌ إلا غَلَبَهُ، فَسَدِّدُوا، وَقَارِبُوا، وَأَبْشِروُا، واسْتَعِينُوا بِالْغَدْوَةِ، والرَّوْحَةِ، وشئٍ مِنَ الدُّلْجَةِ ".
Translation
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Religion is easy and whoever overburdens himself in his religion it will overcome him. So attempt moderation, rejoice ˹for the rewards in the Hereafter˺; and seek help ˹through worship˺ in the mornings, the afternoons, and during the last hours of the nights." (Using translation from Bukhārī 39)
