"إِنَّ الله تَعَالى لمَّا خَلَقَ الْخَلْقَ كَتَبَ بِيدِه عَلَى نَفْسِهِ: إِنَّ رَحْمَتِى تَغْلِبُ غَضَبِي".
Translation
“Verily, Allah when He created the creation, He wrote with His Hand concerning Himself, that: ‘My mercy prevails over My wrath.’” (Using translation from Tirmidhī 3543)
