عَنْ أَبِى وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْد اللهِ قَالَ:
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «(يَهْجُوُنَ) (~) فِى هَذَا الْوَادِى إِلَى رَجُلٍ يُبَايعُ النَّاسَ»، فَنَظَرَنَا فَإِذَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ.
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "(They satirize) ( ) in this valley toward a man who is receiving the people's pledge of allegiance." So we looked, and there was Uthman ibn Affan.
