"عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِىٍّ: أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ لِلإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الأُم الثُّلُثَ، وَلَمْ يُشْرِكِ الإِخْوَةَ مِنَ الأَبِ وَالأُمِّ مَعَهُمْ، وَقَالَ: هُمْ عَصَبَةٌ وَلَمْ يَفْضُلْ لَهُمْ شَىْءٌ".
