"عَنْ عَلِىٍّ قَالَ: إِنَّ النَّعْمَةَ مَوْصُولَةٌ بِالشُّكْرِ، وَالشُّكْرُ مُتَعَلِّقٌ بِالْمَزِيدِ، وَهُمَا مَقْرُونَانِ في قَرنٍ، وَلَنْ يَنْقَطِعَ الْمَزِيدُ مِنَ الله حَتَّى يَنْقَطِعَ الشُّكْرُ مِنَ الْعبْدِ".
Translation

✧ "Ali said: Indeed, blessings are connected to gratitude, and gratitude is tied to increase, and they are linked together. The increase from God will not cease until the gratitude from the servant ceases."
