"I came to the Prophet ﷺ while his Companions were with him, as though birds were perched on their heads. I greeted him with salaam and sat down. Then the Bedouins came and asked him, saying: 'O Messenger of God, should we seek medical treatment?' He said: 'Yes, seek treatment, for God has not placed a disease except that He has placed a cure for it, except for one: old age.' When Usāmah b. Sharīk grew old, he used to say: 'Do you see any remedy for me now?' (He said:) And they asked him about things in which there is no harm: 'Is there blame upon us in such and such? Is there blame upon us in such and such?' He said: 'Servants of God, God has removed blame, except for a man who wrongs a Muslim by taking from him unjustly; that is the one who is blameworthy and perishes.' They said: 'What is the best thing people have been given, O Messenger of God?' He said: 'Good character.'"
