("أعيانُ بَنِي الأُمِّ يَتَوَارَثُونَ، دونَ بَنِي الْعَلَّات، الرَّجُل يَرِثُ أخاه لأبيه وأُمِّه، دون أخيه لأبيه".
Translation
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that the sons from the same mother inherit from one another, but not sons from different mothers. A man inherits from his full brother from the same father and mother, but not his brothers from his father.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2739)

[هـ] ابن ماجة [ت] الترمذي من رواية الحارث عن علي، ثم قال: لا نعرفه إلا من رواية عنه، قال: وقد تكلم بعضُ أهلِ العِلم في الحديث والعملُ عديه عند عامة أهل العِلْم، ورواه [ك] الحاكم في المستدرك وقال: رواه الناس عن أبي إسحاق، والحارث، ولأجْلَهمَا لم يخرِّجه الشيخان قال: وقد صح الفتوى به عن زيد بن ثابت)
