" إِذَا اسْتَهَلَّ الصبيُّ صُلِّيَ عليه وَوُرِثَ".
Translation
“If a child utters a sound (after being born), the funeral prayer should be offered for him and (his relatives) may inherit from him.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1508)
