أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ, أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَطَّانُ, نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عِيسَى الدَّارَابَجِرْدِيُّ, نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِئُ, نَا حَيْوَةُ, قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الْمَلِكِ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ, يَقُولُ: قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ ؓ
يَقُولُ عَلَى هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ فِي هَذَا الْيَوْمِ عَامَ أَوَّلٍ فَاسْتَعْبَرَ, ثُمَّ اسْتَعْبَرَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَبَكَى قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: " لَمْ تُؤْتُوا شَيْئًا بَعْدَ كَلِمَةِ الْإِخْلَاصِ مِثْلَ الْعَافِيَةِ فَسَلُوا اللهَ الْعَافِيَةَ "
