أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، قَالَ: أنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، قَالَ: نا ابْنُ أَسْلَمَ، قَالَ: نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ يُونُسَ، قَالَ: نا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: نا مَعْمَرٌ،
قَالَ: لَمَّا وَلِيَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ مَظَالِمَ الْكُوفَةِ بَلَغَ الْأَعْمَشَ، فَقَالَ: ظَالِمٌ وَلِيَ مَظَالِمَنَا، فَبَلَغَ الْحَسَنَ فَبَعَثَ إِلَيْهِ بِأَثْوَابٍ وَنَفَقَةٍ، فَقَالَ الْأَعْمَشُ: مِثْلُ هَذَا يُوَلَّى عَلَيْنَا، يَرْحَمُ صَغِيرَنَا، وَيَعُودُ عَلَى فَقِيرِنَا، وَيُوَقِّرُ كَبِيرَنَا، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ مَا هَذَا قَوْلَكَ فِيهِ أَمْسِ، فَقَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي خَيْثَمَةُ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: " جُبِلَتِ الْقُلُوبُ عَلَى حُبِّ مَنْ أَحْسَنَ إِلَيْهَا، وَبُغْضِ مَنْ أَسَاءَ إِلَيْهَا ".
