أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، قَالَ: أنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ،
قَالَ: نَعَمْ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، قَالَ: نا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، قَالَ: أنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ غَالِبٍ الْقَطَّانِ: كُنَّا نَنْتَظِرُ الْحَسَنَ، فَحَدَّثَنَا رَجُلٌ، مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ: أَنَّ أَبَاهُ أَرْسَلَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ أَبِي يُقْرِئُكَ السَّلَامَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " وَعَلَى أَبِيكَ السَّلَامُ "
