أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى عَنْ أَبِي دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا يَقُولُ
سَرَقَ رَجُلٌ مِجَنًّا عَلَى عَهْدِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَقُوِّمَ خَمْسَةَ دَرَاهِمَ فَقُطِعَ
