أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْغَفَّارِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

" لَا تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ إِلَّا فِي ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ فَمَا فَوْقَهُ. قَالَتْ عَمْرَةُ بِنْتُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ: فَقُلْتُ لِعَائِشَةَ ؓ: مَا ثَمَنُ الْمِجَنِّ يَوْمَئِذٍ ؟ قَالَتْ: رُبُعُ دِينَارٍ.
