أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي عَبْدَيْنِ مُتَفَاوِضَيْنِ كَاتَبَ أَحَدُهُمَا قَالَ جَائِزٌ إِذَا كَانَا مُتَفَاوِضَيْنِ يَقْضِي أَحَدُهُمَا عَنِ الآخَرِ
