أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا حِبَّانُ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ دِينَارٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

الْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ
