أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي الْحَكَمِ مَوْلًى لِبَنِي لَيْثٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

لاَ سَبَقَ إِلاَّ فِي خُفٍّ أَوْ حَافِرٍ

Translation

  4. Abū al-Ḥakam a freed slave of Libanī Layth
  5. Abū Hurayrah
  6. al-Nabī ﷺ

"There should be no awards (for victory in a competition) except over camels or horses."
