أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ
قَدِمَ أَعْرَابٌ مِنْ عُرَيْنَةَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأَسْلَمُوا فَاجْتَوَوُا الْمَدِينَةَ حَتَّى اصْفَرَّتْ أَلْوَانُهُمْ وَعَظُمَتْ بُطُونُهُمْ فَبَعَثَ بِهِمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِلَى لِقَاحٍ لَهُ وَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَشْرَبُوا مِنْ أَلْبَانِهَا وَأَبْوَالِهَا حَتَّى صَحُّوا فَقَتَلُوا رَاعِيَهَا وَاسْتَاقُوا الإِبِلَ فَبَعَثَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي طَلَبِهِمْ فَأُتِيَ بِهِمْ فَقَطَعَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَرْجُلَهُمْ وَسَمَرَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ لأَنَسٍ وَهُوَ يُحَدِّثُهُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ بِكُفْرٍ أَمْ بِذَنْبٍ قَالَ بِكُفْرٍ

قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ لأَنَسٍ وَهُوَ يُحَدِّثُهُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ بِكُفْرٍ أَمْ بِذَنْبٍ قَالَ بِكُفْرٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ لاَ نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا قَالَ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَنَسٍ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ غَيْرَ طَلْحَةَ وَالصَّوَابُ عِنْدِي وَاللَّهُ تَعَالَى أَعْلَمُ يَحْيَى عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ مُرْسَلٌ
machine translationThe Commander of the Faithful, ʿAbd al-Malik, said to Anas while he was narrating this hadith to him: "Was it for disbelief or for a sin?" He said: "For disbelief." Abū ʿAbd al-Raḥmān said: We do not know anyone who said, "from Yaḥyā, from Anas" in this hadith other than Ṭalḥah. The correct version in my view, and Allah the Exalted knows best, is Yaḥyā from Saʿīd b. al-Musayyab, as a mursal report.

اختلف فيه على يحيى بن سعيد فرواه طلحة بن مصرف عن يحيى بن سعيد عن أنس بطوله ورواه مسلمة بن علي ومعاوية بن صالح من رواية رشدين عنه عن يحيى بن سعيد عن أنس أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم رخص في أبوال الإبل أن تشرب لم يزد على هذا وخالفهم الليث بن سعد ويحيى بن أيوب ومعاوية بن صالح من رواية ابن وهب عنه فرووه عن يحيى بن سعيد عن سعيد بن المسيب مرسلا عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو أشبه بالصواب
machine translationThere is disagreement about it concerning Yaḥyā b. Saʿīd. Ṭalḥah b. Muṣarrif narrated it from Yaḥyā b. Saʿīd from Anas in full. Maslamah b. ʿAlī and Muʿāwiyah b. Ṣāliḥ, in the narration of Rishdīn from him, narrated it from Yaḥyā b. Saʿīd from Anas that the Prophet ﷺ permitted the urine of camels to be drunk, adding nothing to this. Al-Layth b. Saʿd, Yaḥyā b. Ayyūb, and Muʿāwiyah b. Ṣāliḥ, in the narration of Ibn Wahb from him, contradicted them and narrated it from Yaḥyā b. Saʿīd from Saʿīd b. al-Musayyab as a mursal (mursal) report from the Prophet ﷺ, and that is closer to being correct.
