أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ عَاصِمٍ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ قَالَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَخْبِرْنِي بِشَيْءٍ أَقَوْلُهُ إِذَا أَصْبَحْتُ وَإِذَا أَمْسَيْتُ قَالَ

قُلِ اللهُمَّ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَمَلِيكَهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي وَشَرِّ الشَّيْطَانِ وَشِرْكِهِ إِذَا أَصْبَحْتَ وَإِذَا أَمْسَيْتَ وَإِذَا أَخَذْتَ مَضْجَعَكَ

✧ Say: "O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, Originator of the heavens and the earth, Lord and Sovereign of all things, I bear witness that there is no god but Allah. I seek refuge in You from the evil of my soul, from the evil of Satan, and from his shirk," when you reach the morning, when you reach the evening, and when you lie down to sleep.
