أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ وَكَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ بَقِيَّةَ عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يُصْبِحُ اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أُشْهِدُكَ وَأُشْهِدُ حَمَلَةَ عَرْشِكَ وَمَلَائِكَتَكَ وَجَمِيعَ خَلْقِكَ بِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُكَ وَرَسُولُكَ إِلَّا غَفَرَ اللهُ لَهُ مَا أَصَابَ مِنْ ذَنْبٍ وَإنْ هُوَ قَالَهَا حِينَ يُمْسِي غَفَرَ اللهُ لَهُ مَا أَصَابَهُ يَعْنِي تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةَ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever says when he reaches the morning: 'O Allah, I call upon You to witness, and I call upon the bearers of Your Throne, Your angels, and all Your creation to witness that You are Allah, there is no god but You alone, with no partner, and that Muhammad is Your servant and Your Messenger,' except that Allah forgives him whatever sin he has committed. And if he says it when he reaches the evening, Allah forgives him whatever he has committed, meaning that night."
