✧ What the Prophet ﷺ Used to Say When He Woke Up

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ ذَرٍّ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَصْبَحْنَا عَلَى الْفِطْرَةِ وَالْإِخْلَاصِ وَدِينِ نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَمِلَّةِ أَبِينَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا مُسْلِمًا وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ»

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: 'We have entered the morning upon the natural disposition, sincerity, the religion of our Prophet Muhammad, and the creed of our father Ibrahim, upright and Muslim, and I am not of the polytheists.'
