✧ The Disagreement Regarding Abu Ishaq

أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ الْمِصِّيصِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ

أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِعَضَلَةِ سَاقِي فَقَالَ «اتَّزِرْ إِلَى هَا هُنَا أَسْفَلَ مِنْ عَضَلَةٍ فَإِنْ أَبَيْتَ فَلَا حَقَّ لِلْإِزَارِ فِي الْكَعْبَيْنِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ took hold of the muscle of my calf and said: "Wear your lower garment to here, below the muscle. If you refuse, then the lower garment has no right to the ankles."
