✧ Entry of Transgender into Women's Spaces, and Mention of Differences on Opinions Regarding That Matter

أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ آدَمَ عَنْ عَبْدَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ عِنْدَهَا وَفِي الْبَيْتِ مُخَنَّثٌ فَقَالَ «الْمُخَنَّثُ لِأَخِي أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ إِنْ فَتَحَ اللهُ عَلَيْكُمُ الطَّائِفَ غَدًا فَإِنِّي أَدُلُّكُ عَلَى بِنْتِ غَيْلَانَ فَإِنَّهَا تُقْبِلُ بِأَرْبَعَ وَتُدْبِرُ بِثَمَانٍ» فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «لَا يَدْخُلَنَّ هَؤُلَاءِ عَلَيْكُمْ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ was with her, and in the house there was a mukhannath. He said to the brother of Umm Salamah, Abd Allah b. Abi Umayyah: "If Allah grants you victory over al-Ta'if tomorrow, I will direct you to the daughter of Ghaylan, for she approaches with four and turns away with eight." The Prophet ﷺ said: "These must never enter upon you."
