✧ The reward for someone who offers food to his wife.

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّكَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ لَنْ تُنْفِقَ نَفَقَةً إِلَّا أُجِرْتَ حَتَّى اللُّقْمَةِ تَرْفَعُهَا إِلَى فِيِّ امْرَأَتِكَ»

Translation

  4. ʿĀmir b. Saʿd from his father

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Indeed, if Allah wills, you will never spend an expenditure except that you will be rewarded for it, even the morsel that you raise to your wife’s mouth.”
