✧ He saw ‘Uthman ask for water for ablution. He poured water from his vessel onto his hand and washed it three times, then put his right hand into the water, rinsed his mouth, sniffed water into his nose, and blew it out, then washed his face three times and his hands up to the elbows three times, then wiped his head, then washed each of his feet three times. Then he said: “I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ perform ablution like this ablution of mine.” Then he said: “Whoever performs ablution like this ablution of mine, then stands and prays two rak‘ahs without letting his mind wander in them, his previous sins will be forgiven.”
