أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرُّؤَاسِيِّ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

مَا غِرْتُ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ مَا غِرْتُ عَلَى خَدِيجَةَ مِنْ كَثْرَةِ ذِكْرِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ لَهَا قَالَتْ «وَتَزَوَّجَنِي بَعْدَهَا بِثَلَاثِ سِنِينَ»

Translation

✧ She said: “I was not jealous of any woman as I was jealous of Khadijah, because of how much the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned her.” She said: “And he married me three years after her.”
