أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ وَسُفْيَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ يَأْتِينَا بِخَبَرِ الْقَوْمِ» قَالَ الزُّبَيْرُ أَنَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ حَوَارِيًّا وَحَوَارِيَّ الزُّبَيْرُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Who will bring us news of the people?" Al-Zubayr said: "I will." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Every Prophet has a disciple, and my disciple is al-Zubayr."
