أَخْبَرَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هَاشِمٍ هُوَ يَحْيَى بْنُ دِينَارٍ وَاسِطِيٌّ عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ هُوَ لَاحِقُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ

عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ {هَذَانِ خَصْمَانِ اخْتَصَمُوا فِي رَبِّهِمْ} [الحج 19] قَالَ «نَزَلَتْ فِي الَّذِينَ تَبَارَزُوا»

✧ On the authority of Abu Dharr concerning this verse: “These are two adversaries who have disputed concerning their Lord” [al-Hajj 19]. He said, “It was revealed about those who fought the duel.”
